Laurice Zapanta

Writer

Laurice discovered her penchant for writing after winning an essay writing contest at seven years old. From then on, she filled her quill by writing for school newspapers and winning regional journalism competitions.

Laurice debuted as a novelist at just 15, with her romance fiction entitled 101 Days of Heartbreak. She considers this her biggest achievement, especially since the novel became a national bestseller in 2018. To this day, the memory fills her with euphoria.

Dedicated to keeping her passion for writing alive throughout college, Laurice juggled a freelance writing career while pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Communication at Bataan Peninsula State University, Philippines, where she made history as the program’s first Cum Laude.

After years of freediving and working with clients from all over the world, she now writes for Expert Market, utilising expert research to drive readers towards the right fleet management solutions for them.

When Laurice is not writing, she finds solace in cups of coffee as she listens to her favourite K-Pop groups. You may also find her with her nose buried in a book, shopping for anything pink and kawaii, or bingeing Korean dramas.
