Being one of the global leaders within their industry, Bell and Howell provide services and solutions for print, web and mobile delivery technologies.
The Producer 22 was introduced for businesses and organizations with a high volume of direct mail and letter shop production.
This high speed inserter will assist companies who require 7/24 operations and can effectively produce 22,000 cycles per hour.
The Producer 22 will also benefit businesses who have a wide range of products and applications that require printing, for example inserts, booklets, light buck slips, plastic cards and pre-folded letters.
Profits are increased due to a competitive low cost per piece.
Consumption of parts is kept to a minimum, reducing running costs.
The Producer 22 has simple feeding and insertion methods which allow adjustments to be kept to a minimum and ease intense training for operators while increasing productivity rates.
Each rotary feeder has an integrated hand-wheel and kip-handle to allow operators easy access to change any settings that may be required.
This model uses the Bell and Howell Navigator system controller. Practically any device can be used through this master command center and operators can communicate via voice command with this system.
Due to the Producer 22 being part of a modular system, additional feeders like shuttle, friction and 'gimmick' can easily be added.
Optional integration of other features is possible before or after installation. These include: insert trimming, envelope turnovers, ink-jet addressing, selective inserting, ZIP sorting and matching, postage meter, bulk insert loaders and many more.
