The Pitney Bowes DM400 is a step up from the DM300 as its designed for processing almost 8000 lph in high volume multi user environments.
As with many of the high end Pitney Bowes mailing meters, it is fitted with IntelliLink technology, allowing businesses to access and carry out certain important online mailing activities such as delivery confirmation and signature confirmation.

The DM400 can process up to 120 letters per minute ranging in size from postcards to large letters measuring 11" x 15". The basic model comes with 50 departmental accounts as standard and this can be expanded up to 300 if required.
To increase security, all accounts can be password protected so only authorized users can access them.
