The FPi-600 Folder-Inserter is a compact in-house mailing solution for small offices which provides a simple, cost-effective way of ensuring any regular or unexpected mailings are dealt with effectively.
The FPi-600 is an ideal solution for small offices where space may be an issue and might even be an option for a busy home office too, as the relatively compact design means that the FPi-600 can easily fit onto a standard desk/table-top without taking up too much space.
The FPi-600 can process up to 1,350 letters per hour, can hold 100 sheets per feeder, can support complex jobs and can handle envelope sizes of up to 6" x 9.5" and paper sizes from 5.6" x 7" to 8.9" x 14".
The next step up in the range is the FPi-2300 series Folder-Inserter which is designed to handle small to moderate mailing volumes and is suitable for small businesses that regularly need to undertake mass mailings, for example monthly invoices or bills, statements, newsletters and direct mail.
The FPi-2300 can process up to 2,200 letters per hour and can hold 325 sheets per feeder.
Built-in Fill & Start technology will automatically measure documents and configure job settings, repeated tasks can be programmed and loaded with one touch and Optical Mark Recognition (OMR) can read coded marks on your documents to automatically collate and sequence pages.
Proprietary sheet control also detects double feeds using sensitive optical measurements.
The intelligent FPi-2500 Folder-Inserter has built-in technology to recognize paper formats and configure the inserting job for you.
Like many in the range, the FPi-2500 operates with minimal noise, ensuring it can be placed in busy environments without causing disruption.
Additionally, optional OMR and automatic feeder swapping ensures that the FPi-2500 does the hard work, leaving staff free to deal with other tasks. The unit will complete large jobs with minimum maintenance.

Built to handle medium and large mass mailing jobs, the FPi-5600 series Folder-Inserter is powerful yet easy to use, even for members of staff who are new to mailing tasks.
The FPi-5600 has built-in Fill & Start, capacity for 25 programmable jobs for regular tasks, up to 6 feeder stations, optional OMR and proprietary sheet control.
The five models currently available in this series of Folder-Inserters can all process up to 4,000 letters per hour and hold 325 sheets per feeder (725 for high capacity feeder stations)
At the top of the range, the FPi-6600 series of Folder-Inserter machines can handle large mail volumes, processing up to 4,300 letters per hour. Each unit is operated by a 10.4" color touchscreen, allowing easy control at all times.
As with the smaller models, the FPi-6600 series of units all have Fill & Start technology and proprietary sheet control, with OMR as an available option.
A maximum of 7 feeder stations are available, and various configurations are possible with different versions within the series.
