It can produce up to 16,000 enveloped, addressed and sealed mail pieces per hour (10,000 for 10" x 13" envelopes) and is designed to work 24/7 to produce maximum output of direct mail, which immediately reduces the cost per piece.
Due to the versatile design of the Producer 16, and depending on the company's needs, it can be adjusted to accommodate a range of envelope sizes and due to the vacuum separation it can accommodate a range of materials.
The Producer 16 Direct Mail Inserter boasts an enhanced design in a competitive mail inserters market. It is designed with a view to reducing maintenance and part replacement costs and is therefore a heavy duty tool perfect for any large company with a high direct mail output.
It is extremely flexible with an ability to process almost any application and allows for envelope sizes of 4" x 7" to 10" x 13" with a maximum collation thickness of 0.4". Insert sizes range from a minimum of 3.2" x 4.32" to a maximum of 9" x 11.82".
